Panel still showing after removing the plugin #6

Hello,

I have installed the plugin to test it out, then I had to remove it for some reasons, however an empty white panel still appears on the top left corner of my view window. Any idea how to remove it ? Thanks.

The panels are created using HTML annotation. You should be able to activate the annotations toolbar > select html annotation, click on the box you would like to remove and hit delete on the keyboard.
