Allow bnet# to have root admins for administration purposes accross realms.

This would be a pretty bad idea because of security reasons, ie: you host on 
all four Battle.Net servers and you never made an account on Asia or it 
expired, then someone gets the idea he could (re)make an account with your name 
then wreck havoc.

Just add the nicknames involved to every bnet# which isn't that hard.
