cant ban download and run leavers #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.host game 
2. person downloads
3. they immediately leave when it ends and you !ban namehere

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expect user to be banned.  unable to ban player not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.71 
windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.

I am issuing commands from lan . no typos in name and caps in correct places.
