!hold command

add pls something like !hold all or !lobbyhold to prevent autokick when 
admin entering the lobby (this may be should be added in tiered admin 
system - lvl to have a feature of autokick players in lobby when admin 
enters)

when players are staying in lobby, like 5 on 5, sometimes admin enter the game 
(coz 
they dont know how many ppl there) and kicking some1
so, as for me, im too lazy to hold all players by name, add command like 
!holdall (!
holdlobby) to hold all players in lobby to prevent kicking by administator's 
entering

I could add an option to the config file to disable displacing existing players 
when
a reserved player joins if that would be useful for you.
