refresh rate #78

As the owner of the bot "Anna", I notice that my games are always at the 
bottom of the game list.  I have no explanation for this but it wasn't 
always that way.  Perhaps a refresh rate option in the cfg file would be 
helpful.  I would set it to longer than the 5 second default.  If anyone 
knows how to fix that, please let me know.

I think it has something to do with your IP-adress.
My IP starts with 242.xxx.xxx.xxx. So it is allways at the bottom or next to 
the bottom. (I have a static IP, so I allways got the same.)

Nice thought, but my public ip starts with 65.x.x.x  I can understand that 
perhaps my game would show up at the bottom of my list (lowest ping), but 
others say it's the same.  I'd love to see a random refresh interval so that 
people who refresh at different times will see the game.

I've noticed the same. It sure looks as if there's no refresh of the game going 
on. No rehosting as well :p

There are a few ways one can improve refreshing - setting the locale, game 
uptime to 0, etc. but they all require the user to modify source and recompile.
