Hi i have been watching some games in mode of observer and ive seen that the 
bot can talk to all at start. Could u make a !all command only for admin to 
talk to al while watching like obs?↲last thing, Thank you for fixing ghost to 
RoC, many people is using it right here.

Sorry for double post but i forgot another thing.
Could u make the bot autoupdateable or updateable when u write !update or 
something like that? (Obviously without changing maps cfgs/maps and ghost.cfg).
