When waiting for reconnect GProxy++ players, 100% cpu is used. #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter a game using GProxy.
2. Disconect from inet.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no cpu use when waiting, instead 100% cpu is used.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r548, linux.

Should be fixed, code applied in r558 (despite the description lacking the 
info). Thanks to Emmeran.
