[suggest] Include support CP1251 code page in pdcurses.lib or show source code 
please. I can't include support Russian language in CursesMod, because 
outputing text function is in pdcurses.lib. The native console output through 
"cout << ..." in Russian language successfully. The library pdcurses.lib ignore 
command SetConsoleOutputCP() and system("chcp 1251") :(
