Primary actor of a use-case step #20

In the old "Use-case step" and also in Procasor there was "Primary Actor" shown 
for a use-case step.

The current implementation of UseCaseStepPropertySource does not show the 
primary actor.

Add the "Primary Actor" item and make it editable with a select-box from the 
list of actors from the project.

Shouldn't the Primary actor be a property of the whole use case, rather than 
individual steps?  In Procasor it is displayed along properties of the steps, 
but it is global for the use case.
