Missing reference to enclosing project in new use-cases #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create new Reprotool Project
2.Create new Use-case

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Use case should contain a correct reference (enclosingProject) to the reprotool 
project. The reference is empty instead.

Whole project is after refactoring in single file, so this bug doesn't occur 
anymore.
