Context menu in the use-case step editor

Context menu should appear when the user presses CTRL-SPACE.
The menu should contain:
- Steps
- Actors
- ...

Changing priority to "Low". This feature would be nice-to-have but is not 
actually required since marking of the text can be done with toolbar "marking 
icons".
