Copy & paste should be enabled during writing of the use case step in use case 
editor.

Take into account different behaviour of copy-paste mechanism if the user 
select a whole step or if editing the text of a use-case step.

Currently the editor contains the following bug:
1. Open use-case editor
2. Create a new step with some text e.g. "User sends information to server"
3. Try to select the substring "information" within the text
4. Hit CTRL+X
5. The step disappears because it is moved to the clipboard. Instead, only the 
text should be copied.

- there should also be a popup menu available when editing a UC step sentence 
with at least COPY, CUT, PASTE items.
