Missing module reprotool.tools.anna in SVN #66

The latest version of "reprotool.ling" depends on "reprotool.tools.anna" which 
is however not in SVN.

You should either add reprotool.tools.anna to the repository or remove the 
dependency from MANIFEST.MF
