The "Expert" ProjectEditor should display all model elements #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use any swproj containing a Temporal Annotation Group
2. Open this swproj in the ProjectEditor
3. Click the "Expert" tab

The Temporal Annotation Group is not displayed in the "Expert" editor.
There should be all model elements displayed because user will use it for 
managing annotations.
