[FR] Move over to Pywal 3.6.0 (Pywal16) #231

Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here. At least on my current experience, KDEMYC continues to use normal pywal installed as dependency (that is completely removed from the $path) instead of using the globally available 'wal' from pywal16 available on /usr/local/bin installed through python.
