Ensure that disabled sections are visually disabled and don't affect the panel #47

Currently, disabling a section only disables some of the configurations (visually in the settings and on the panel) but it should disable everything

Initially reported in https://github.com/luisbocanegra/plasma-panel-colorizer/issues/41#issue-2254559398
