Disconnected sensors causing unexpected behaviour #9

If a sensor is left unconnected when the code expects it to be connected it can cause the echo pulse of another sensor that has timed out to be coupled onto that track results in unpredictable behaviour. Sensors act correctly if all connected and there is a 10ms delay after setting the multiplexor.

This only seems to occur when the cable is connected without a sensor at the other end. Behaviour appears to be good if the cable is not connected to the PCB at all
