Hi all,

I have a problem with my FI9816P/W. The Home App can't load streaming video.

But with VLC I have not a problem.

The log of homebridge:

Duplicate with issue #14

I'm not so sure it is. #14 refers to the 10.2 issue, this is a separate problem as 10.3 now supports insecure RTSP streams again.
