Double click to restore a maximized window #24

Currently, the only way to restore a maximized window is by dragging it down from the panel or remembering the keyboard shortcut. I thought it would be really useful if one could also simply double-click on the panel to restore the window. Perhaps this needs to be a separate extension, though.

Edit: I switched to Pixel Saver for now, because it also adds the window buttons to the top titlebar when a window is maximized. It's not configurable like Maximus, but it gets the job done.
