Wlroots requires libdrm 2.4.122 #49

Ubuntu Noble has 2.4.120. At the moment, Ubuntu Oracular and Debian Experimental only have 2.4.121, so have to wait a little to get those packages.

Last version of wlroots that required 2.4.120 was 6f63f55ace53ac241a0d30dc3278a5f33f01f2dc
