Add OrganelleDB as a data source #52

Is there any reason we ruled it out earlier?

I don't remember it being brought up for consideration; the databases we went through were those provided by Hagit on this website:

http://www.arabidopsis.org/portals/proteome/proteinLocation.jsp

and OrganelleDB isn't listed there. It looks like a good resource, though.
