Should return information for all databases currently supported

Searching by Ensembl gene ID is what is currently supported. Need to add command line flag for peptide ID.

Done for uniprot and mgi.

Also, edited title to reflect that this refers to gene IDs only. Search by peptide ID is #18.

We may need to remove eSLDB from searching for the time being, since it only associates Ensembl peptide IDs with its entries. Either we implement an on-the-fly conversion now as a band-aid so eSLDB is included in searches, or we wait until we can implement something more robust in the next iteration.
