Hello Sir I apologize to contact you on github like this , since there is not personnel message functionality. You posed an issue on https://github.com/zsdonghao/u-net-brain-tumor/issues to get it's pre trained model . Now , i'm in similar situation . Unfortunately, I was not able to get a pre-trained model. I never received a response to my original message. The only way this worked for me was to re-run the training following the instructions. I was able to extract a checkpoint of the training after 100 iterations in a .npz file, at which point I get decent results. I could make that available for you if you think it is worth it.
