Dispel III not working #116

Bug description:Dispel III does not remove debuffs from caster, or party members

What steps will reproduce the problem?:casting dispel III at any moment

What is the expected output?:To remove debuffs

Dispel DOES work, but not for all debuffs that it should remove.

Hello guys me and my girlfriend did some testing of the Cleric Skills Dispel 
III and Cure Mind II on PC skills. This was tested on Revision 262 with all 
classes and their skill effects.

Ranger: Fleshcutter Arrow is unable to be Dispelled or Cure Minded. 
NOTE: Agonizing Arrow is a move that cannot be dispelled as stated in the 
skills description, but it was able to be dispelled which is incorrect.

Spiritmaster: Infernal Blight, Withering Gloom, Magical Implosion, Cyclone of 
Wrath, Erosion, Sandblaster, Spirit Erosion, Spirit Ruinous Offensive, and 
Curse Cloud are all moves that cannot be dispelled or cured on Emu

Cleric: Chastise, Enfeebling Burst, Earth's Wrath, Chain Of Suffering, and Word 
Of Destruction cannot be dispelled or cured on emu.

Gladiator: Shattering Wave, Severe Weakening Blow, Piercing Rupture, Piercing 
Rupture cannot be dispelled or cured on emu. 

Templar: Blunting Severe Blow, Break Power cannot be dispelled or cured on emu.

Chanter: Meteor Strike, Incandecent Blow, Mountain Crash, Booming Strike cannot 
be dispelled or cured on emu.

Sorcerer: Flame Fusion, Blaze, Flame Cage, Curse of Weakness cannot be 
dispelled or cured on emu.

Assassin: Runes, Lightning Slash, Agonizing Slash, Weakening Blow all cannot be 
dispelled or cured on emu.

giving you the results of what i have tested and hopefully it helps. Thanks and

first of all, there 2 kind of debuff type which is "physical" and "magical" , 
physical debuff should be remove by "dispel" and magical debuff should be 
remove by "cure"
now the question is are "dispeldebuffphysical and dispeldebuffmagical" effect 
work? or should we make fix like dev done with the issue "healing potion" 
like add 2nd "e" dispel dispeltype="EFFECTID" ??

I tested the patch, and noticed you added a few things, but one key thing I 
would add would be the ability to Cure Mind or Dispel DoT effects. That is 
still an issue, but good so far atm.

working form me too but need to add the ability to Dispel DOT effects and will 
be working good.

Its just a temporary patch cause im looking for a better way to dispel 
de-buffs. Please have a little patience :)
