I have the bug in player_initial_data.xml file

Bug description: when created the character this file control everything bug in 
this file have the code like that <item id="182400001" count="1000"/> it make 
kinah give to the player but i think it doesnt work because when i create the 
new character i take 1 kinah btw code [count="1000"]. So help me fix it pls.

If you want to ask for a custom feature then use the forums, don't report it is 
as a bug because it's not a bug.
