[Quest] Campaign quest 2061 - Suppressing the Bakarma Legion

Bug description:
When trying to complete the quest, only the first 4 items can be selected as 
rewards. Since they are all that are that has been made available in the 
quest_data.xml file. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
Try and select one of the last 4 items as a reward. If you select one of the 
first 4 the quest completes properly

What is the expected output?:
You must be able to select any of the items to complete the quest.

OK, based on this page, the items that are displayed on the screen, is wrong. 
It is 8 different weapons on.

I should have received shoes.

The Item that was placed in my inventory is blank, but it is compared my 
current equipped shoes.
I am using a 2.1 client.
