Bug description: The Shadow's Command [1038] Step 7 Get rid of Hippolytus.

What steps will reproduce the problem?: Currently npc id of Hippolytus is 
203331 you can change it to 204005, I spawn the npc id because I don't know how 
to patch the svn.

What is the expected output?: Cannot attack the npc and he does not attck back. 
Therefore cannot continue the Campaign quest.
