Adding "actions" to elements #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
How easy is to add actions to figures ? by action I mean doing something
like. Pressing a button change focus to another tab ?? . Actions can be
independent blocks written in javascript. Every figure can have events that
can be "plugged"/connected to an action. 
if you can guide me I can offer my help, I am an Java architect. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

It's easy to add actions to shapes but quite impossible to add an action on 
shape
that interacts on another one. Mainly because you have no idea of the ID of the 
target.
