Hey Luiz,

This PR updates the vendored source to the latest available croppie release version.

Also, I'd recommend keeping your release version equal to the latest release version of croppie :)

For the sake of future corrections gem, it decided to keep disvinculada version of croppie.js library. Thanks for your contributions
