Cannot employ weapons #127

I'm on the latest version of DCS (2.9.3.51704) and I can't seems to be able to fire any of the weapons. Here's the setup:

Master mode to A/G
"Live" selected and Master ARM to ARM
weapon selected in SMS (and showing as "READY")
HUD symbology correct for weapon employment
Gun fire & weapon release correctly binded
Action on binding -> no effect

Am I missing a step or is this an issue?
