CCRP bombing #81

Even after putting the correct waypoint information, with no wind. The drop line will always be on the right of the target by at least 0.5nm(waypoint doesn't actually register where you want it to, same applies for mission editor waypoints). CCIP bombs also land short 3/4 of the time even when going really fast (still happens at 450kts) so aiming past the target is needed.
