Support for .cbddlp files for Elegoo Mars #57

Currently mariner only supports .ctb files, but printers like the original Elegoo Mars use .cbddlp files.

In order for mariner to support the Elegoo Mars, we need to add support for .cdbdlp files too.

From this thread it seems like people who have the old Mars can just upgrade to a more modern firmware to be able to use .ctb files. So I'm closing this.
