npm install failed after clone

after cloning the project npm install failed

this is a history that my zsh wrote

i tried to attach the log file but it is TLTR so i didn't attach it if you want to see the log file also, leave a comment plz.

++ after i exetue npm config set strict-ssl false i got this error
