add peripheral registers for all STM8S #4

I use a board with STM8S208 with LEDs connected to PH2+PH3. To support this board I added all STM8S peripheral registers from RM0016 rev.14. Of course not all devices support all peripherals, but ensuring that is up to the user anyway...
