Support formspec_version 3 #1

Already supports the draw order of version 3

[x] Write formspec_version[3]
[ ] Add elements from version 3, including hypertext and such

It now saves with formspec version 3. Newer elements are not yet supported, however it will attempt to display a placeholder if they are loaded from an existing formspec.
