Set cell marker #114

I'd like to use # %% as cell markers. Is that possible?

I've tried

      vim.g.jukit_comment_mark = '%%'
--and
      vim.g.jukit_comment_mark = '# %%'

I've also followed chatgpt's advice and used vim.g.jukit_cell_marks instead of vim.g.jukit_comment_mark (though I can't find anything about it in the docs).

Either way, these cell boundaries are not respected when navigating (e.g. with #jukit#cells#jump_to_next_cell()), and splitting a cell gives a less universal (jukit-specific?) marker # |%%--%%| <UReIE4rlf0|HJGTGunggC>.
