[CONF] Explore other storage options & further configurability #56

Allow using some other storage backend except GitHub, e.g. local directory (for testing purposes) or similar. Other viable options are cloud storage buckets, or document databases. These solutions are not necessarily feasible (except for local directory), investigate and come up with possible tasks.

Nice to have, but probably a bit too much currently—we already support local dir and GH, which should be enough.
