Add support for Docker #45

I came across this project in r/dataisbeautiful and ❤️ it. Sometimes it's nice not to have to install dependencies that clutter of machines so I decided to run it within Docker. This PR adds Docker support.

If you think this is a useful addition I can augment the README.md with instructions on how to build and use the image.
