Release notes for 3.2.0 missing #662

The release notes describe what was changed in 3.1.0 and in 3.2.1, but there is no entry for 3.2.0.

Do you see the release somewhere? The release failed due to some Maven central checks, and I was quite sure it was skipped.

Well, no =) An auto bumper upgraded our app from 3.0.0 to 3.2.1, so I went looking for the release notes for the in-between releases, and found nothing for that one. Since there was no 3.2.0, it would be nice if the release notes list in the readme said that it was skipped, not forgotten. Perhaps something like PR #663 ?
