Contribution: winzipaes mvenized

Attached a Mavenized version of the project, sources taken from the current
trunk (r49). Also I have substituted log system from jdk14 to commons
logging over log4j, only in test classes....

I'm working trying on adding Stream based API the current is File based:
using it in multi-threaded environment is not easy. If you like and if I
will have success on creating it , I can share it or commit it on your trunk.

License of attached code is the same ad the project (Apache License 2.0)
