Is that really the logo? Isn't Oracle Linux closed source? We use binary vectors, that picture is very complex, how is supposed to fit in a 2-char width glyph?
It is not closed source, it is a RHEL derivate, since 2006: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oracle_Linux
I also found this logo which is more flat:

This is a icon suggestion, not a PR. Of course someone would need to convert it to a proper icon... Maybe like this (just threw it for some minutes into Gimp followed by a quick Inkscape convert):
There is not much left when used small. but that is true form more distribution icons:
I have no clue.
I have seen their stilized O letter as favicon in some Oracle sites, but not sure if could apply as minimal logo, @yumusb is your usecase on a terminal? Being so small only Tux is easily identifiable.
I happened to realize that the project was missing Oracle Linux related icons, but did not find any icons that would represent Oracle Linux. So submitted an issue instead of a PR. thanks for handling.
All in all I'm rather inclined to not address this (despite the fact that I did put some work in the outline icon above). Where inclined to not address means close as not planned.
