Hello. Where are the instructions?

I have installed but it tells "0 mods". Where do i get mods? is there any hotkey shoulf I press? I want to candle run and teleport to aurora's festival as my friends do (using hacks). But they are mobile users. They don't know how does it work on PC. Thanks
