Our mkdocs site mimics the menu of our application, we need certain menu items to be hidden as they are in the application.

Thanks for your PR! I think that's a useful feature to add.

As you might have noticed, your PR has some failing tests. Those tests ensure that new features don't break existing code. So please make sure all tests are successful. If you need help, let me know and I'll take a closer look.

I've just released v2.3.0 which deprecates the arrange attribute in favor of nav. The new attribute behaves like this by default. If no ... entry is present, files that are not listed are hidden. See the updated README for details.
