Support for dynamically parametrized variables #11

It would be nice to see support for numbered lists and tables

There is such a package https://github.com/bobiverse/docxplate in which it is implemented, but the author writes that he almost does not support the package

This would indeed be a cool feature to have. Unfortunately I'm currently not able to spend that much time with this project to add such a large feature. I'll keep it in the backlog tho.
