Looks like tink-ab/go-csv is gone.

looks like tink/go-csv isn't used anymore.

Try fetching latest code, he's using JensRantil/go-csv, which isn't using tink anymore.

This was recently so I don't expect any change. Did a go get and didn't work. I ended up not using it.
