Variable exports are now being put in an additional folder #315

When exported, all colors appear like they are in an additional subfolder.

Hi thanks for getting back to me

The hierarchy of the variables is maintained in the export but the references are wrong (it was fine before):

For example a reference (to the 'colour palette' collection) is [image: image.png]

But the actual hierarchy is "{colour palettes.immerse.primary}":

[image: image.png]

Happy to provide more info if needed. I wonder if this is because Figma variables are still in beta and being changed a lot?

@AFImmerse can you please take a look at #308 and (as I think) it is the same issue, close this and continue following over there?

Yes that appears to be the same issue - I didn't realise it was the name of the mode.
