Hi, Any way it would be possible to change the plugin so that the sync box is no longer exposed as a light bulb, but rather as “set top box” now that iOS 14 has this icon? Would be really cool!

Thanks

This is already implemented, please check the README.

Man... you are the best! Only saw that it still says that it is shown as a lightbulb in the beginning of the readme... sorry

So, I now changed my config in Homebridge, but the icon for the SyncBox itself remains as a lightbulb... even in Homebridge itself it is a lightbulb. Am I doing something wrong? I deleted everything from Homebridge, uninstalled the plugin, deleted all from HomeKit, logged out of iCloud from all devices, logged back in, reinstalled the plugin, and again, it is a lightbulb... see below my config.

Thank you in advance

I think there is some confusion here... the initial accessory still shows up as a lightbulb (assuming it is because of the brightness control). The optional accessories (input switching, mode, or intensity) can be defined with the set-top box icon as you have done in your config.
