Consistently add release notes #38

Please consistently add release notes on the Releases tab as were previously added. The last two releases don't have any release notes. Thank you.

Seems like a good idea! I haven't even been great about creating git tags for new releases, and just focusing on releasing to PyPI.

Is there anything you want included in the release notes besides changes to the API?

Retroactively added release notes for 0.5.2 and 0.5.3.

Very good Thank you. Feature, API and install requirements changes are most relevant. Testing related changes are not relevant for mention IMHO.
