Freeze kendall does not work #4

It looks like a problem with type Double's precision.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Solve the example found in real_data.xml.
2. Tick the 'freeze kendall' checkbox.
3. Drag the point associated with x=30 at chart 'time' up several times.

Observe that the utility of Taxi is growing even though the point is already at 
maximum.

Steps to reproduce update:
2.1. Drag point x=20 (at chart 'time') a bit up before dragging x=30
