FTP transfer progress #241

Not really an issue, but a little improvement. It would be nice to see some progress data, whilst the transfer is still active (and the data not completely transferred yet). A progress bar and/or a transferred percent would be very useful.

Thanks a lot, the plugin is nice.

^ Please add something like this or a percentage, as I often have large files uploading and have no idea how much longer it will take...
